Great fantasy stories can be many things – a metaphor for our lives, hopes and struggles.  Fantasy can also be a refuge.  I want this site to be a place where you can share your experiences with fantasy; how it has helped you through hard times, inspired you to transform your surroundings through the power of ‘seeing with imagination’ and to envision a new future filled with possibility.

I believe in the power of fantasy to transform lives.

I am on a quest to find kindred spirits for whom fantasy is a vital part of their lives. This can take many forms; like waking to the fact that every-day life feels empty, something is missing, our imaginations are starved. Perhaps, like for me, fantasy stories have been at the core of surviving difficult situations.

The possibilities are endless. 

Use this site to share your experiences with fantasy (this includes sci-fi and horror, of course). By curating comments, I will protect my readers and sharers from bullying and denigration. 

Fantasy can be inspiration and a refuge.
